Not sure from your question if you are currently an intern or seeking an internship. If you are seeking an internship in Supply Chain, the technical/behavioral skills you reference are not as relevant. The degree you are pursuing, the coursework you are focused on and any experiential work that you are involved with should be enough. If you are seeking a full-time role, post your education and internships, the most important thing to focus on is what you did and learned through your internships or other work experience. Additionally, I would highlight any experience outside of the classroom that you gained...your education within the classroom is typically not a differentiator as it is more similar across different schools, the learning and experience required of your degree(s) outside of the classroom is more interesting to a hiring manager.
Regarding cold-emailing your resume, yes, many supply chain professionals would take a look, but your response rate would likely be very low, higher if you know they have a job opening they could consider you for. Many would likely want to respond, but just won't have the time and/or your email gets lost in a sea of others. In order to increase your odds, make sure your subject line and body of the email are memorable/unique, but simple and to the point. Be respectful, be courteous, acknowledge you appreciate them taking any time to assist you, any help they could provide not matter how small. Also, if you have something in common with them, make sure you mention it. Most obvious in this case, if you went to the same school as them, make sure they know it, but don't expect just that to get you a response, give them a reason to be interested.
