Great question! You might try answering the question with more of a broad response rather than pinpointing a particular person or situation. Let them know your thoughts on handling an ethical or unethical situation. This will show the interviewers your views if a situation should arise. Just stick to your personal values and morals, you should be fine. Good luck!!

Take the time to familiarize yourself with the company's Ethics handbbok. Determine who the Ethics officer is and follow the policy and/or the chain of command as stated.

Hi there! You can speak to hypothetical examples of how you handle different types of ethical decisions and situations. No need to go into specifics. If they are really just trying to dig into your character and decision making process then you can demonstrate that without throwing anyone under the bus.
Be prepped with a scenario. Then speak to how you would handle it. Best of luck!

Hello! I agree with everyone below. You may have yet to experience ethical dilemmas in the workplace or perhaps would rather not go into specifics so there is no problem answering this question on how you would handle this situation hypothetically. If you speak to your character and values and demonstrate how you would handle such dilemmas, then you should be perfectly fine. I hope this helps and good luck!
