What jobs should I be thinking of applying to with an associate of arts degree in General Studies?

Hi there!  Congratulations on getting your associates degree.  Education of all kinds is valuable and will help you in pursuit of your future.  When you get a general studies degree you have a lot of options.  What I would suggest is to get serious about making lists of organizations, companies and industries you are interested in being a part of.  See where your lists match up and check out the websites, networking opportunities, meet ups, LinkedIn Groups...etc. that are frequented by people already on the path you are interested in.

This is a time for community!  You should never underestimate the information you can get from looking at the LinkedIn profiles of people you encounter who seem like they've got it together!  How did they pursue their goals?  Internships, first jobs as a __________ (fill in the blank with an awesome entry level job)?  You are going to blaze your own path, but why not check out the people who have come before you!  I have been a recruiter a long time and I don't know every job that is out there!  You will be surprised all the ways for you to get your foot in the door using your new degree.

Best of luck!
