I always think it's awesome to see someone who is a student and who also has made time to work. I think any kind of part-time jobs would show you have a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritize. If you are able to find a position within the field you're studying, that would be ideal, but any kind of work w ould still be viewed positively.

Working part-time in college is a great idea! When I was searching for full-time opportunities my senior year, companies told me that they were impressed with my part-time experience because it showed I could juggle multiple responsibilities successfully. Not only that, my part-time job gave me networking opportunities with other students and faculty as well as an amazing learning experience before entering the workforce. If possible, I would recommend getting a part-time job related to what you want to do. If you are struggling to find something that's a fit, think about your future career and what opportunities might make you more competitive. For example, if you are going into supply chain but cannot find a job specifically in procurement or a "Supply Chain" specific function, maybe try working in a warehouse. Having that hands-on floor experience could put you a step ahead of another candidate who doesn't have experience in that environment. I hope this helps!
