The best way to handle these is between you and that person. If you feel that you are unable or do not feel comfortable confronting that person then you should bring your supervisor into the situation.
If you feel comfortable address with them one-on-one and try to explain why you do not agree with them. If you do not feel comfortable or you have tried and nothing has been resolved, you can go to their boss or Human Resources.
I would caution you against involving peers, even to vent your frustrations, as it might dilute the weight of your message to HR and their ability to step in to resolve the behavior.
Let your supervisor or HR contact know how you and that person are working on resolving the conflict and ask for guidance on how you can continue to mend that relationship.
Express that you are open to feedback and want to help him or her in achieving their goals at the company. Avoid making accusations or passive-aggressive statements. Be calm, clear, and sincerely interested in moving past the conflict or issue.
