I am looking to work from home. How should I go about finding these types of job opportunities?

Unfortunately I do not know of a specific site that only lists work at home opportunities however I can still give you some suggestions on how to search for them. You should utilize the major career sites, such as Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed, Craigslist and SimplyHired. Each job site has a slightly different form to search for jobs. Usually you will be provided with the option to search for jobs by category, location or job title. You are also able to search by keyword. This allows you to select the words you want to look for in the job posting. In your situation you will want to use key words such as virtual, work from home or remote. This should help narrow down the job list to positions that match your specific needs.
I would also recommend utilizing your social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Reach out to your network and let them know you are looking for a work at home opportunity. Do searches on these sites too, utilizing the same key words as you did on the others. You may find recruiters, companies or positions that list work from home opportunities. Good luck!

I would first identify the type of role or job you would like have.  Once you narrow in on the field, role, or industry, then you can tailor your job search to include work from home options.  Investigate the following phrases within job descriptions: flexible work schedule, work-life balance, shared work schedules.

Deciding what kind of field you would like to go into is a good starting point. Look on various company websites that are of interest to you and see what types of positions are available. Try and connect with a recruiter either via e-mail or social media as that would be a good resource to help you decide which positions might be available to you. I would also indicate that you are pursuing a job that will allow you to work from home on your resume. You might also find some good options by searching on job sites, some of which you can search by positions one can do remotely.

There are a few web sites out there that can help you.  FlexJobs.com is one that focuses on jobs where you can telecommute.  Another option is to go to a job board aggregator site such as indeed.com or simplyhired.com and do searches on words like 'remote' or 'telecommute', etc.  I would also recommend researching companies who are open to flexible work arrangments.  Most technical and consulting companies are.  You can also go to a web site like glassdoor.com and conduct company research.  In general, in the coming years more and more companies will be forced to be open to flexible working arrangements as there will be a shortage of talent in many fields and companies will have to adjust to the limited supply by being more flexible.
