Super question, but don’t be too quick to invest time and money in a certification that might not be required, or that an employer would provide to you.
Many companies provide career development opportunities for their employees, including new hires! Carefully review job descriptions and position requirements, and if you find your ideal job, but are lacking a license or certification mentioned as a position requirement (usually listed as a “preferred skill, not a requirement”), simply include your willingness to achieve the certification as quickly as possible, if selected for the position. As a recruiter, I would definitely see this as a workaround to get a qualified candidate in front of my hiring managers!
Best of luck to you!
