It’s really up to you. If you do take a job that is not in your industry of choice, it does not mean you should stop looking. Many companies do not like to see big gaps in work experience, taking a job that may be out of your comfort zone will show your flexibility to try new things, while also allowing you to look for a job that is a better fit for yourself. You could look for a part-time job that will still allow you to focus your attention on applying to jobs and going on interviews while also making a little extra money on the side.
