Is it better to include a street address in the contact info on a resume or leave it off? Or is either way OK? Thanks in advance for your advice on this!

Good question. This is something that I have been seeing less and less of as time goes by. It is a 'nice to have', but most of the time, the recruiter/hiring manager isn't looking at your street address. I would recommend a happy medium of providing just city and state, as this is helpful when managers are looking at things like relocation (are you close by, or would they have to pay to move you), etc.

Good question!  Have you noticed that many companies have moved to an online application based system for applying?  So they will be collecting your address information when you apply anyway. 

However far it steps away from tradition, I recommend including the contact information that would let the reader of your resume actually get a hold of you.  Phone and email. 

If you are relocating for the gig, and you want the company to pay for it, you will need to talk to the recruiter to find out if that is an option for the job you've applied for.  Fair warning, paid relocation is not always offered.

Hello! I don't think there really is a wrong or right answer for this. I personally leave my address off my resume and include my LinkedIn URL. Ultimately, recruiters will get your address when you complete the job application so even if you leave it out or include it you'll still have to provide it in the job application.

It may make a difference when you are applying for a job out of state, in such a case I suggest leaving it off completely or using an address in the same area as the job you're applying for. Hope this helps - good luck!

Whichever you are comfortable with is fine. This line typically helps recruiters when looking for a few things: 
1) Will this person need to relocate for this role?
2) Will this person need to be given relocation/ housing packages?
3) Does this person know where this role is located?

It may also help down the line through the offer process that they will have a document with your home address on it. If you are comfortable with relocation, be sure to write it somewhere else on your resume. Good luck!
