Hello and good question! If you haven’t already I would set up either weekly or biweekly meetings with your supervisor. These don’t have to be long, even 30 minutes could suffice, and use them as a checkpoint to see how you are progressing in your internship. Discuss your performance as well as anything that you could be improving upon. You can then transition the conversation into how you want to continue your success and strive for growth because you see yourself working at that company long term. I would then ask about any future opportunities upon completion of your internship or in the future and find out what you would need to do to be in consideration. These regular meetings will not only help you build on your relationship with your supervisor, who in turn can be very influential, but they can also help you improve and reach your goals. I hope this helps and best of luck to you!
