Before going to your interview you want to make sure that you have done your research and prepared. Start off by getting an understand of what the company you are meeting with does using their website, social media accounts, or LinkedIn page. It is also a good idea to know what current events they may be involved in or any updates that you can find about that company in the news. If something happens to come up regarding the situation, it shows your interviewer that you prepared and care about working for that company. Additionally, you'll want to think about some common behavioral questions and think about how you would answer them. What examples do you have of your leadership abilities, examples of working with teams, or technical/ previous work experience. Thinking about it beforehand can help you be more confident and portray your thoughts more accurately and efficiently.
