Hi there! With only completing one semester it is totally not necessary to list it on your applications/resume. I would, however, focus on your skills, highlighting special projects you’ve worked on, critical skills you’ve gained in a position, etc.
Now take a second and think about whether or not your time in college influenced your plans. Did you learn something great that you want to be able to speak to in an interview? Did you take a class during that semester that might be of interest to the company you want to work for? There are opportunities to weave that experience into the narrative about you. So if it would positively work for you, go for it.
Best of luck!
