The best thing you can do is be vocal about your interest in the organization and ensuring they know when you graduate (or if you're available prior to graduation). Talk with your current manager, the HR Representatives, and apply for roles that you are interested in! When it comes to salary/full-time pay, make sure to do your research. Just stating that you want a certain pay rate, without research to back it up is typically not as fruitful a conversation. You can look at salary.com, glassdoor.com, O-net Online, collegiate websites, and others to get an overall idea of a range you feel is fair.
