Which languages should I learn to get an entry-level job as a web designer? I have sufficient knowledge of HTML and CSS, in addition, I have basic knowledge of JavaScript and PHP. Thank you.

You are definitely on the right track with HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP.  The KEY for your resume and job search is for you to list specific projects where you used these languages to produce work that was meaningful to the company.  Recruiters not only do key word searches for languages, we also look for relevant application of that knowledge into projects that matter.

Agree with Wendy on getting meaningful projects on your resume. Be sure to include your direct contributions if it is a team project! Also, I would do some reasearch. If there is a company or industry you are targeting, go check out employees of those companies online in the roles you wish to have 3-5 years from now and see what they are working on. I would also recommend checking out the job description from those places and see what the roles and responsibilities are to help narrow down languages to learn. Hope this helps!
