What does "in process" mean on job application after being interviewed?

Hello! Great question - "in process" typically means that your application is still being considered for the position or that you are still in the interview process.  Even though you may have completed your interviews for this role, this status typically does not change until you have been presented an offer or the role has been filled by another candidate.

In our onboarding process it means you are still being considered for the position. My suggestion ifollow-up with the recruiter and reiterate how interested you are in the role. Good Luck!
