Though I agree with the previous poster that transparency is best, make sure when you bring it up the context is relevant. Manage the narrative on it...you are pursuing an advanced degree because you have drive and initiative. You have a thirst for knowledge that you bring to all your endeavors, including working part time for an organization.
If they aren't hiring for a full time role, the likelihood that an organization expects the part time gig to be your #1 Priority is pretty slim. But that doesn't mean you need to point it out to them that they are lower on the priority list.
